Plant maintenance runs on your own server. This page is the sign-in and plant-status entrance.

Licensed plants

Sign in through the Customer Portal to see the CMMS installations purchased for your organization.

This website does not create a plant, an administrator, or a license. Account-specific installations appear only after you sign in.

Plant connection

Plant Offline

No authenticated plant connection is available. Launch stays unavailable until a purchased CMMS Complete installation is activated and reports a healthy connection.

The maintenance program and its records stay on the plant computer. This entrance does not run that program.

First-time setup

  1. Purchase MF CMMS Complete from the MF Maintenance Systems store. Confirm the checkout page names that product before paying.
  2. Install MF CMMS on the plant computer. The Customer Portal provides the installer after the purchase is verified.
  3. Activate that installation with the purchase authorization issued for it.
  4. Create the first administrator and the plant on that computer.
  5. Return here after the installation is registered. A connected plant can then be launched. An unreachable plant remains Plant Offline.
